Sea freight: about 30 days to the US and Canada; around 35 days to the EU; 7–18 days to Southeast Asia; 22–32 days to Dubai and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East. Please contact our customer service if you want to know about other shipping methods such as air freight, rail transport or dedicated logistics lines.

Yes, provided they accept dangerous goods (batteries).

For bulk goods, UPS, DHL, FedEx, air freight or sea freight are all optional.

Yes, tracking details will be provided after shipment.

12-month warranty starting from the shipment date, covering manufacturing defects.

We will replace or refund for verified defective products.

Store at room temperature (20~25°C, humidity ≤65%) with approximately 50% state of charge for less than 1 year.
